Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d)

About your role

  • As the first point of contact, you take responsibility for our users and provide competent support with questions and issues related to our software.
  • You handle support requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction with fast and solution-oriented responses.
  • You analyze requests, develop pragmatic solutions, and forward complex cases in a structured way to our development team.
  • You maintain and expand our knowledge base (FAQs, how-tos, troubleshooting guides) so that our customers can quickly find answers on their own.
  • You continuously collect feedback, identify patterns, and share improvement suggestions with our product and tech teams.
  • When required, you support software implementations, trainings, and workshops, contributing your understanding of user behavior and challenges.

Your skills

  • Experience in IT support, ideally in helpdesk or product support roles, and familiarity with common ticketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with an empathetic, service-oriented approach to customers
  • Quick comprehension and strong technical understanding, enabling you to adapt efficiently to new systems and processes
  • Solution-oriented and independent working style, paired with strong team spirit
  • Motivation to continuously improve support processes and customer experience

Working student/ Intern (m/f/d) for Business Development and Projektmanagement

About your role

This role is versatile and offers you the opportunity to get involved in different areas depending on current projects and your strengths. Your tasks will include:

  • Platform and project management: Support in the development of user stories and features for our ‘Werkforce’ platform as well as collaboration in the Scrum team to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient project management.
  • Analyses and business development: conducting market and competitive analyses, identifying growth opportunities and developing and implementing business development strategies. You will also assist in the preparation of presentations and pitches for new business opportunities.
  • Community management and website maintenance: support in the planning and implementation of workshops for content creators, regular creation of content for our community as well as maintenance and management of our WordPress-based website.
  • Consulting and customer communication: Collaboration in advising and supporting customers in digital projects, especially in the area of data science and customised solutions. You will actively support the development of strategies and help to tailor data solutions to the needs of customers.

Your skills

  • You are enrolled as a student in a relevant degree programme (e.g. economics, computer science, data science, marketing, business development).
  • Initial experience in platform management, business development, consulting or community management is an advantage.
  • You work independently, are communicative and enjoy working with digital technologies.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
  • You are familiar with agile working (SCRUM, KANBAN) and can react flexibly to changes.

IT and start ups are definitely Eduard’s field of expertise. The engineer is entrepreneur through and through and loves the challenges that come with setting new trends and sustainably building up companies. Working as a consultant for 17 years Eduard owns a broad set of skills including multi project and product management.

Frank Oberste-Dommes – CEO 

As a project coordinator for a union, Frank knows the challenges that come with embracing digitalisation in the public sector all to well. The information scientist lives for innovation and always enjoys using his previous experiences – including working for the Fraunhofer research organization in order to be able to embrace new perspectives, reinvent his problem solving approach and continuously strive to push the limits as we know them further.

Tomas Fecko – CEO

Versatile is the key attribute that describes Tomas experiences so far. He already worked for many different companies as an IT architect, team leader and as a CEO in different sectors like finance, commerce, CRM and security. For Tomas if there is a will there is a way. That’s why he sees issues only as challenges whose solution haven’t been invented yet.
